HGL Systems installs highly accurate, automated Stencil Printing Machine

We have recently taken delivery of a brand new DEK NeoHorizon 03iX printer to replace our tired semi-automatic stencil printer.

The NeoHorizon is a big step forward in printing technology for HGL Systems, as it fully automates the stencil printing process and vastly improves the accuracy and repeatability of solder pasting, as well as dramatically reducing the setup time.

With a repeat accuracy of up to ±20µm, automatic screen cleaning, and an optical paste inspection system, we are confident this machine will ensure we are getting the best print possible every time, no matter the complexity of the board.
